Verax Insurance Consulting, LLC ("Verax", "we") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect through this website and our SMS notification program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address and mobile phone number, when you correspond with us or enroll in SMS notifications.
- Message data associated with the SMS program: the messages sent to you, your replies (including STOP and HELP requests), and delivery status.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit this site, such as IP address and pages viewed. This site sets no tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to you and carry out consulting engagements.
- To deliver the SMS notifications you have enrolled in — reminders, alerts and status updates.
- To honor opt-out requests and maintain the records required to do so.
SMS notifications and your mobile information
Our notification program sends text messages and automated voice calls only to individuals who have expressly enrolled. Enrollment is by direct request to Verax, in person; we do not purchase, rent or import phone numbers and we do not send unsolicited messages. A consent record — the date, the medium and who took the consent — is written before anything is sent, and is retained. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by emailing notices@veraxins.com, or by calling 727-353-5900. An opt-out stops everything from this sender — every text message and every automated voice call, not only the program you replied to. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, the messaging carrier that transmits SMS on our behalf — and only for that purpose, or where required by law.
Retention and security
We keep contact and message records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect them.
Your choices
To stop all messages and automated calls, reply STOP to any message, email notices@veraxins.com, or call 727-353-5900. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us at the address below.
