This website is provided by Verax Insurance Consulting, LLC ("Verax") for general information about our services. Nothing on it is insurance, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Consulting engagements are governed by their own written agreements.
SMS and Automated Call Notification Program
Program name: Verax Insurance Consulting Alerts.
Description: Operational alerts, appointment reminders and replies, sent by Verax as text messages and as automated voice calls to individuals who have expressly enrolled. Messages are informational. They are not marketing, nothing is advertised or sold in them, and they are not sent to the general public, to clients or to prospects.
Enrollment: By direct request to Verax, in person. When you enroll you consent to receive these messages and calls at the number you provide, and a record of that consent — the date, the medium and who took it — is written before anything is sent to you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. The opt-in procedure, the categories of recipient and the verbatim consent statement each recipient agrees to are published at veraxins.com/sms-consent. The recipients themselves are private individuals and are described there by role rather than named.
Message frequency: Varies by the notifications you have enrolled in. Typically a few messages per week; more during an active alert.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel; CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL and REVOKE also work. You may also email notices@veraxins.com or call 727-353-5900. An opt-out stops everything from this sender — every text message and every automated voice call, not just the notification you replied to. You will receive a single confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
Privacy: How we handle your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version.
